Artifact {4}
If a player would draw a card, that player exiles that card face up instead. Each player may play lands and cast spells from among cards they exiled with this artifact this turn.
This card's points are preliminary. Our assignment of points is derived from EDHREC data, which contains information about players' decks from the most recent two years. To be compared fairly to older cards, we need a full two years of data for a new card. Until then, a card's points may move up or down. We re-evaluate cards on a quarterly basis each year.
